By using this website, booking and/or joining a guided walking tour with Wellness Walking Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  Among other points, they outline our cancellation, payment and refund policy and certain limitations of our liability.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure you understand your rights and obligations and our rights and obligations.

1. Introduction

    • Use of this website is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
    • Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    • These Terms and Conditions are only available in English. No other languages shall apply to these Terms and Conditions.

1.4 Wellness Walking Tours reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

1.5 All participants will be required to sign a health and safety and conduct disclaimer before commencing any guided walking tour with us.

1.6 If any of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined to be unenforceable by reason of any law, then to the extent that a term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed to be severed and removed from the relevant term so that all remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force.

1.7 These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

1.8 The failure of Wellness Walking Tours to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a formal waiver.

2. Access to this website

2.1 While Wellness Walking Tours endeavours to ensure that this website is normally available 24 hours a day, Wellness Walking Tours will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, or repair.

2.2 Wellness Walking Tours does not guarantee that the site will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

3. Information on this website

3.1 Wellness Walking Tours will endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, no warranty, express or implied is given as to its accuracy. Wellness Walking Tours does not accept any liability for any error on this website or omission.

4. Limitation on our Liability

4.1 Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as  personal injury or death arising from our negligence),neither Wellness Walking Tours nor any representative thereof is legally responsible for and assumes no liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property or otherwise in connection with, whether directly or indirectly, any guided walking tour or any other service whatsoever in connection with it, including, but not limited to, transportation, any acts of co-travellers, suppliers,  third-party service providers, cancellations, delays, incidents related to weather conditions, health related problems before, after, or during the guided walking tour, food allergies or food poisoning, animals, fire, breakdown in equipment or machinery, thefts, quarantines, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, defaults, changes in guided walking tour schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of Wellness Walking Tours.

4.2 Land transportation may be provided by private car, private bus, bus, minibus, or taxi, depending on the walking guided tour and the size of the group. By choosing our services, you voluntarily assume all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected.

5. Force majeure

5.1 We regret we cannot accept any liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by ‘force majeure’ or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of force majeure. Force majeure means any event beyond our control, including, without limitation, war or threat of riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, fire, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions and all similar events outside our control.

5.2 You are not and will not participate in the guided walking tour at any time while you are under the influence of alcohol or any other illicit substances. Any alcohol consumed during a guided walking tour, must be consumed in moderation, if you exceed this amount, as judged in our discretion, this will constitute a material breach of our contract and you may be asked to leave the guided walking tour without a refund and will also need to make your own way home.

5.3 Some guided walking tours include visits to pubs and restaurants. Wellness Walking Tours is not responsible for any purchases you make during your guided walking tour whether that merchant is part of the guided walking tour or not. By utilising the services of any such merchant, you agree that you will look to such merchant for any death, accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you, and that neither Wellness Walking Tours nor any representative of Wellness Walking Tours shall be liable therefor.

6. Payment Terms

Wellness Walking Tours can accept payment through BACS or PayPal

6.1 If using our payment service provider PayPal, you agree to be bound by PayPal payment terms, available here………

6.2 You hereby understand and agree that Wellness Walking Tours shall not be held liable for any payments and monetary transactions that occur through your use of BACS or PayPal and that all such payments and transactions are handled by BACS or PayPal. You agree that that Wellness Walking Tours shall not be held liable for any issues regarding financial and monetary transactions between you and any other party, including BACS or PayPal.

6.3 You are solely responsible for all transactions processed through BACS or PayPal and neither Wellness Walking Tours nor any representative thereof will be liable for any losses or damages (whether direct or indirect) experienced from invalid or fraudulent transactions processed through your BACS or PayPal account. This includes, but is not limited to, transactions that were not processed due to network communication issues. If you process a transaction, it is your responsibility to ensure it has been fully settled.

7. Health

7.1 Customers participating in our guided walking tours must expect to be involved in strenuous activities. Prior experience is not necessary on our guided walking tours, but customers are expected to be of good general health. All prior injuries and/or serious illnesses must be declared prior to the guided walking tour. Any injury or illness occurring between the time of the declaration and the commencement of the guided walking tour must be reported. The customer must satisfy themself that taking part in the guided walking tour is within their own capabilities. Wellness Walking Tours reserves the right to refuse a booking on medical grounds if it is detrimental to the safety of the individual or group.

7.2 All participants will be required to sign a health and safety and conduct disclaimer before commencing any guided walking tour.

8. Travel Insurance

8.1 We recommend you protect yourself and your property with a suitable comprehensive activity insurance policy.  Depending on your personal situation this insurance should also include cover for non-refundable costs should you have to cancel your guided walking tour due to unexpected personal circumstances.

9. Photographs and videos

9.1 From time-to-time Wellness Walking Tours may take photographs or videos which may be used on our website or on media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Sometimes we may use them in our promotional material. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please just inform us in writing at the time of your booking at contact@nullwellnesswalkingtours.com

10. Proprietary Rights

10.1 All images, words and downloads on this website are the property of Wellness Walking Tours. All rights are reserved. You are permitted to print extracts from this website for your own personal and non-commercial use if Wellness Walking Tours is identified as the source.

10.2 8.1 By using this website you agree that any copyrights, trademarks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws in favour of third parties are hereby recognised and acknowledged.

10.3 You acknowledge that any guided walking tour provided is for your personal use.

10.4 You will not resell or profit from any guided walking tour provided by Wellness Walking Tours.

11. Refund and Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to us via email and the following fees will apply. Email contact@nullwellnesswalkingtours.com

11.1 Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to the commencement of the guided walking tour: no cancellation fee charged, and full refund given.

11.2 Cancellations received 13 to 4 days prior to the commencement of the guided walking tour: 50% of the amount paid.

11.3 Cancellations received 3 or fewer days prior to the commencement of the guided walking tour or no shows: 100% of the amount paid.

11.4 Wellness Walking Tours will also give a full refund if your guided walking tour is cancelled by us due to bad weather or staff illness or shortage. This is uncommon but can happen from time to time. We will contact you by email to arrange your refund which can take up to 14 days or will offer you a 10% discount if you would like to rebook your guided walking tour date.
